This is one reason my machine has been so slow. I did this tweak and already notice a difference.

Synergy
There is a good little program called Synergy that lets you control multiple computers with one keyboard/mouse setup.
You need to install the program on all computers and choose one to be the server.
Here is a page with instructions and download links:
These instructions are to have a Mac as the server but I set up my PC as the server easily enough.
You can cut and paste from one to the other and link up the screen savers. I haven’t experimented past that.

BakerTweet from BakerTweet on Vimeo.
Everyone knows the best time to get your baked goods is when they’re fresh out the oven. So we figured that this could be a killer use of Twitter. Letting followers know that fresh goodies are ready right now. But bakeries don’t want laptops or phones lying around in the kitchen. Flour, eggs and technology don’t mix so well.
So we built BakerTweet.
It’s a bespoke piece of hardware (with Arduino-based guts) that allows our friends at Albion across the road to select what’s just been baked and ping the relevant Twitter message to local customers. Meaning that you can time your trips to Albion to pick up the freshest freshness.

While most people attempt to add as many friends as they can from facebook, burger king attempted to do the opposite…

Eventually however, facebook decided that the application which let friends know that they were removed for some flame grilled beef through their RSS feeds violated their rules on how people know they are de-friended.
Overall however, there were over a quarter million people defriended during the time the promotion was active.
