AJAX XMLHTTPRequest cross domain limitation
Been reading from several articles that it’s due to security reasons, but none specific.
Here is something I found that makes alot of sense XHR should not be cross domain until a similar approach like crossdomain xml in flash is implemented for normal web pages:
