Is Adobe spying on users application habits?

As most of you probably already know, we just launched a new site for Bertolli to promote their frozen dinners.
The client wanted to ride the momentum of whatsyourmedstyle.com, which was a great success. So the new site is very similiar, it includes user generated content(video contest), sweepstakes and coupon download.

Amazon Web Services Goes Down, Takes Many Startup Sites With It
